		<description>I&#039;ve made a number of similar improvements to my guitar related blog and found improvements throughout. One big change was going to a single sidebar and trimming back a lot of the unrelated fat. Now keyword density is improved overall and it even helps my Adsense results.</description>

		<description>Good ideas, I just added 30 recent posts to the sidebar on one of my sites.  Something that SEO Blackhat (http://seoblackhat.com/2006/10/01/click-distance-matters/) tried with great results.  We&#039;ll see how that works.</description>
