		<description>I will certainly prefer a well established domain.But then as you pointed out &quot;WHY ARE THEY SELLING&quot;.Sometimes they sell might be because they did something thats gonna harm them and when u buy u get caught in the trauma.Better be careful and do a complete research.</description>
